Concerning a VeraSafe Program Participant

Welcome to the VeraSafe dispute resolution system for all VeraSafe self-regulatory programs, as well as disputes under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (EU-U.S. DPF), the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. DPF, the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Swiss-U.S. DPF), the APEC Cross Border Privacy Rules System, the APEC Privacy Recognition for Processors System, the Global Forum Cross Border Privacy Rules System, the Global Privacy Recognition for Processors System, the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, U.S.-EU Safe Harbor Framework, and U.S.-Swiss Safe Harbor Framework. If you have a complaint or dispute concerning a participant of our program(s), you can submit the form below. This service is provided at no cost to the general public. VeraSafe will review your complaint and will try to facilitate a resolution. We can only accept complaints that meet our basic eligibility requirements.

When you submit a complaint, you will receive an automatic reply indicating that VeraSafe has received your complaint. We may need to contact you to gather additional information about your complaint. Our investigation typically starts within two business days of receiving your submission.
