Am I required to appoint a representative under the DSA?

An intermediary service is any of the following digital information services:
- Mere conduit service – transmitting information in a communication network or providing access to a communication network;
- Caching service – transmitting information in a communication network and temporarily storing it only for purposes of making the process smoother when it needs to be transmitted onward to other recipients;
- Hosting service – storage of information for someone upon their request.
