VeraSafe is pleased to welcome Lauren Alder Reid as the company’s new Head of Human Resources. Lauren brings more than 20 years of experience in the U.S. Federal Government, most recently serving as a career member of the Senior Executive Service at the U.S. Department of Justice. Lauren holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University.
Throughout her distinguished public service career, Lauren held senior leadership roles in human resources, communications, administration, and organizational transformation. At the Department of Justice, she oversaw professional development, policy and regulatory initiatives, and communications. A licensed attorney in Maryland and Virginia, Lauren combines her legal expertise with a deep commitment to recruitment, retention, and staff development. She is dedicated to ensuring the right people are in the right positions to deliver the best outcomes for clients.
